Our staff pastors all serve as a team. Even though we have different responsibilities, we are all pastors and serve the body by sharing the responsibility for pastoring, teaching, and equipping according to our individual gifts.
Paul Bridges
Pastor
Paul Bridges has been a member with Central since 1982 and joined our pastoral staff in 2005 as Lead Pastor. He is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College (BAAST) and Regent University (MAOL). Paul and Tracy have two grown children: Matthew lives in Newport, Rhode Island, and Adam lives in Fayetteville.

Tim Beasley
Pastor
Tim Beasley joined the Central team in 1996. Tim serves our young adults who are Junior High students through college age, and is responsible for the small group ministry. He is a graduate of Ozark Christian College (BCE). Tim and Stephanie have three children: Madison, Lauren and John Timothy.

Bill Fink
Pastor
Bill Fink has served with Central since 1989, and has primary responsibilities in Global, National, and Local Outreach Ministries. Bill is a graduate of Lincoln Christian College (BA). Bill and Cindy have two grown children: Tyler (and his wife, Sarah) who attend Central, and Travis who lives in Fayetteville.

Jeff Miller
Pastor
Jeff Miller joined the Central team on May 30, 2010 to serve as Pastor of Creative Arts and College Ministry. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Arkansas (BA) and served on staff with Christ on Campus for ten years. Jeff and his wife, Lisa, were residents of Fort Smith and members of Central from 2002 to 2004, when they planted a Christ on Campus at UAFS. They have two young children, Sam and Elisabeth.
